The incumbent will greet guests at the door and be positive ensuring a great initial impression. He / She is responsible for performing reception duties, managing reservation and food orders. He/ She will also organize the floor and seat customers where possible. In addition, he/she will present menus, take orders and serve food or beverages to customers in order to ensure an excellent service provided.
-F.5 or above with a certificate in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
-Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin in professional manner
-At least one year guest relation experience, preferably in F&B industry
-Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
-Able to work independently, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
