Guest Relations Supervisor II - Call Centre Operations


The incumbent will support all in-park guest services and promotion and maintain the smooth operation of the Call Center Team. He/She have to provide guest services, handle guest's enquires and comments including complaints through hotlines. Preparing all kinds of reports and administrative support to department. Also, he/she is responsible for policy implementation, administration, operational and staff coaching of the team. Other special duties assigned by Senior Guest Services Manager or superiors.


•University Degree or Diploma in hospitality or related disciplines
•With at least 2 years’ working experience, preferably practical experience in hospitality or guest-oriented job
•Practical experience in handling guest complaints, comments and request with great diplomacy
•Must be responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
•Computer literacy in MS Office
•Reasonable writing & presentation skills
•Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
•Willing to work on shifts, during weekends and public holidays

Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Guest Relations Officer / Guest Relations Officer
