Guest Relations Officer – Counter Operations


The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, handling guest enquiries and complaints, conducting VIP visits, supporting all in-park promotions and preparing all kinds of reports, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department. Besides, he/she will carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.


•Diploma or above in Tourism and Hospitality or related disciplines
•With practical experience in hospitality or guest-oriented job in front-line capacity is preferred
•Customer-oriented with pleasant manner
•Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
•Strong communication skills with solid experience in complaint handling
•Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
•Willing to work on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
