Food & Beverage Operations Manager (Service)
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the restaurants’ operations and maintaining the highest professional service quality standard. He/she will also develop standard operating procedures in measuring and enriching service quality and prepare service training to the service team. In addition, he/she will prepare F&B evaluation report and make recommendation to enrich the entire operation as well as exceed the guests’ expectation.
Requirements- Degree in Hotel/Catering Management or related disciplines
- With at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in culinary management
- Well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese
