F&B Quality Manager
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sous Chef, the incumbent will be responsible for evaluating food products and recipes; develop procedures in measuring food quality and presentation; prepare food evaluation reports; and make recommendations to assure high quality of products.
Requirements- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or other related disciplines would be an advantage
- With at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Well-organized, methodical, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Good management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
