F&B Quality Manager
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Food and Beverage Operation Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining highest food and service quality standards. He/she will evaluate food products and recipes; develop procedures in measuring food and service quality; prepare food and service evaluation reports; and make recommendations to assure high quality of products and services.
Qualification- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or other related disciplines
- With at least 8 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in menu development, kitchen and service operations
- Well-organized, methodical, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Good management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
