The incumbent will be responsible for the operations of Staff Canteen including overseeing food preparation, implementing work priorities, planning schedules, assigning and reviewing work and supervising daily food service operations team. He/she will also assist in management of dining operations and meal box production. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining the operational safety and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
- Form 5 or above, qualification in Hotel or Catering Management is an advantage
- With at least 3 years’ related experience in food industry at supervisory level
- Experience in managing a team is preferred
- Good leadership skills
