ResponsibilitiesReporting to Catering Manager, the incumbent will assist on internal department/ guest’s booking’s event requirement and preparation. He/ she will handle and coordinate with external and internal parties on meal coupon, cash coupon and NGO meal arrangements. He/ she also need to rotate at Restaurant and Function Booking Centre to handle guest inquiries on F&B bookings, menus and recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering. He/ she will monitor and amend the up-to-date food outlets’ operating hours, menus, photo via OP website and app. In addition, he/ she will assist in administrative tasks and prepare regular reports.
Requirements-Diploma or above in Tourism and Hospitality or related disciplines
-With at least 1 years’ relevant working experience in the catering/ hospitality industry
-Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Good commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-Willing to work on shift duty and during the weekends
