ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will provide services to guests in an efficient and satisfactory manner. He / She is responsible for leading and developing team members. He/ She will also assist in preparing sideboard, setting-up tables and monitoring all restaurant equipment. In addition, he/she will handle guest complaints as well as ad hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements- Form 5 or above
- With at least 2 years’ relevant experience in food and beverage operations
- Good customer service skills
- Good command of both spoken Chinese and English
