Assistant Ticketing Manager

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the operations team in Ticketing Department and managing the daily frontline operations including the counter, entrance and car park shroff. He/she will also be the safety leader and carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

-Higher Diploma or above
-With at least 7 years’ experience in customer/ ticketing services of which 5 years at supervisory level
-Good experience in handling and controlling a large amount of cash and preparation of sales and revenue reports
-Experience in operation of ticketing and admission system is preferable
-Good communication, inter-personal and coaching skills
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
-Willing to work outdoor, on weekends and during public holidays
-Less experience will be considered as Senior Ticketing Supervisor
