Job Description

Assistant Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for supervising daily operations at Food and Merchandise warehouse. S/he will oversee, plan, supervise and coordinate the activities including receiving, pick and pack, inventory control, storage and handling of supplies and operations of park-wide warehouses. S/he will also monitor inventory control system, prepare delivery documentation, maintain records, prepare reports and composes correspondence relative to work, and coordinate assigned activities with other departments and general public.

Requirements

- Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred
- With at least 5 years’ experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management including receiving & distribution, inventory control, quality control and shift management
- Computer literacy in MS office
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Willing to work on shift, during weekends and public holidays
