Assistant Head Chef (Pastry)


(Long-term Contract)

The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of bakery and pastry sections in Central Product Unit (CPU). S/he will also be responsible for the productions of all pastry and bakery products for Ocean Park and ordering on food commodities, stick control. In addition, s/he will responsible for controlling production quantity and quality, reviewing standard recipes, maintaining sanitary and cleanliness of work areas at high standard level. S/he will handle research and development of confectionary gift pack.


- Over 10 years’ relevant working experience in bakery
- With Hotel / Large commercial bakery exposure is an advantage
- Familiar with ISO22000/HACCP control system is preferred
- Mature and hard working
- Good command of spoken Chinese
