Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

  • Form partnership with the assigned portfolio in working on a wide spectrum of HR functions including talent sourcing, performance management, staff relations and employee engagement
  • Implement HR initiatives in meeting business' needs
  • Lead and participate in various HR projects and annual exercises

Requirements

  • University degree in any disciplines, preferable in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 7 years' HR Generalist experience, preferably in financial industry
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good relationship building and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
