Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Promote full range of retail products to customers
  • Solicit new businesses and maintain long-term relationship with customers
  • Provide quality services to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs

Requirements

  • University degree in any disciplines, preferably major in Business, Finance or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years' banking experience in selling investment, insurance and various retail products
  • Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
