Senior Officer - Corporate and Talent Development

Role & Responsibilities :  

  • To coordinate and support the design, development and implementation of new talent management system
  • To manage Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure its data is accurate and updated
  • To assist in developing online training strategy to foster a digital learning culture
  • To support various corporate branding and staff engagement initiatives
  • To assist in the execution of Learning and Development policies and provide administrative support when needed

Requirements : 

  • Bachelor degree holder of any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources
  • 4 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Passionate in process improvement and digital transformation
  • Strong analytical mind and like to take initiative in delivering solutions
  • Eager to learn and adopt new software and digital tools to accomplish the assigned tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
