Job Description


Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide high quality reception service, greet customers in professional manner
  • To handle in-coming telephone calls, letters and faxes, monitor stationary and pantry supplies replenishment
  • To maintain conference rooms bookings, arrange courier service, maintain log of courier deliveries
  • To provide general clerical duties and support in any ad hoc projects
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as receptionist in a sizable company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentable, positive and independent
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available is an advantage
