Job Description

Officer – Sales Practice (Property Compliance)

Role & Responsibilities :

  • To assist in drafting the templates of Property Sales Documents, Checklists, Guidelines, etc
  • To assist in examination of Sales Documents, Sales Activities and Sales Submissions
  • To coordinate with different parties for preparation of Sales Brochure and sales documentation

Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estates, Building, Surveying, Design or any related discipline is required
  • 2 years of working experience with property industry or design role is preferable
  • Experience in preparation of Sales Brochure / handling architectural drawings (by Autocad or relevant softwares) will be an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking, good communication, detail minded and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency PC knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Senior Officer
