Job Description

Network Engineer (Front-end Support)

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Provide daily user support and consultation directly to end-users
  • Be responsible for the hardware and software installation and configuration
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Conduct system & network maintenance, administration and documentation
  • Perform IT asset inventory with accuracy
  • Handle ad hoc projects as appropriate

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid user support and system administration experience
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Knowledge in Microsoft platform (e.g. Windows Server and Active Directory)
  • CCNA / MCSA or other relevant qualification an advantage but not a must
  • Independent, motivated and self-initiated, a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented and hungry for learning
