Job Description

Manager, Sales & Marketing (Administration)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accuracy of payments and documents so as to ensure compliance to relevant ordinances and improve efficiency
  • Review and check the payment of rebate and agency fee according to the balance payment of the corresponding units
  • Review and be the gatekeeper of the sales documents including sales brochure, price lists, sales arrangements, register of transactions, tender documents, etc.
  • Filing of important correspondence with external partners
  • Ensure updates and efficiency of the Sales system and be the main bridge with IT
  • Work closely with direct sales
  • Update roster according to sales schedule


  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or a related discipline
  • At least 3-4 years relevant experience with property developers
  • Working in accordance with First-hand Sales Ordinance
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
