Guest Services Officer (Serviced Apartment)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide top quality and personalized services to our tenants
  • Assist in full spectrum of serviced apartments operations including property management and security
  • Ensure the cross-departmental communications in order to handle both tenants and operational issues effectively
  • Provide administrative support for leasing, regular payment and other documentation works
  • Working together with the team to achieve on sales targets (leasing)
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or above in Property / Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience of hospitality or luxury residential management background
  • Good sense of numerical and detail-minded
  • Outgoing, a good team player and with good communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application software, e.g. Excel
  • Working on shift is required (No overnights)
  • Work Location: Happy Valley
