Job Description

Assistant Manager – Public Relations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events and programs
  • Prepare publicity materials and assist in drafting collaterals and correspondence
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to community organizations
  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 7 years of working experience
  • Experience in event management, and knowledge in public affairs and community organizations preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  • Flexible and able to work under tight schedule
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, and social media platforms
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience might be considered as Senior Officer – Public Relations
