Assistant Manager - Property Development

Role & Responsibilities :

  • To assist in planning application, land exchange, lease modification and premium assessment
  • To analyze development proposals, prepare reports and present recommendation and findings
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Estate Surveying or related discipline
  • Relevant professional qualification from MRICS / MHKIS or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in agricultural land would be advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized and independent
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
