Job Description

Assistant Manager – Elite Services (Serviced Apartments)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for leasing issue and deliver high quality of personalized services to all guests
  • Being the in charge of day-to-day operations including all units, common area and facilities
  • Assist in overseeing elite services, housekeeping and technical teams to ensure smooth operations of the apartments
  • Maintain and develop rapport with tenant to grow business and encourage utilization of facilities
  • Develop new potential and viable business accounts per leasing strategies
  • Design personalized and attentive services programs for our residents and guests
  • Deal with emergency cases/ situations and report to headquarter timely
  • Handle any ad-hoc works or major works in a professional manner with minimum interruption to the operations and services
  • Handle leasing enquiries, viewings, tenancy management including negotiation of rent for renewal and extension
  • Provide ideas for improvement and innovative work for projects


  • University graduate in Hospitality, Property Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hospitality, property or service-oriented industry
  • Familiar with building ordinances and other related legal regulations
  • Holding a valid security license and willing to work on roster basis
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and good problem solving skills
  • Self-driven, good team player, able to work independently & under pressure, with strong sense of commitment to meet the goals
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Work Location: Happy Valley
