Job Description

Assistant Manager – Communications (Internal)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop the contents and communication pieces across the various internal communication channels and work with business / functions to ensure group wide initiatives, projects are communicated to and understood by employees and other stakeholders
  • Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistency in internal and external communications and across all internal channels
  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the Group’s corporate image and internal communication, as well as support the achievement of overall business objectives
  • Works closely with senior leadership to develop executive communications that will help enhance leadership effectiveness
  • Create key message documents and narratives for senior leaders for consistent messaging.
  • Write speeches and corporate messages
  • Ensures the planning and implementation of all practice activities are fully aligned with defined corporate strategies
  • Ensures the successful implementation of initiatives linked to internal communications
  • Maintain and manage central archiving, communications materials, stakeholders and news monitoring

Requirements:

  • Excellence in English and Chinese language skills, both verbal and written, is a must
  • Relevant education in Communication
  • A minimum of 6-8 years' of solid experience in corporate communications and communications
  • Digital experience on Intranet and other channels will be preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives and serve internal clients independently
  • Ability to multi-task and align multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Experience working for multinational company or sizable company
