Job Description

Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for housekeeping and guestroom’s pre-occupation setup
  • To assist Housekeeping Manager to manage the daily housekeeping operations at accommodation block and common area to ensure the highest level of cleanliness
  • To assign and monitor duties for Room Attendants and contractors
  • To conduct cleanliness inspection for all guestrooms and common area
  • To monitor department costs and make recommendations
  • To prepare regular reports, department budget and forecast
  • To design and conduct internal training for the housekeeping team

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality, Property Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in hospitality industry
  • Experience in managing deluxe or large scale properties is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently & under pressure
  • Self-drive, strong sense of commitment to meet set goals
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
