Administrative Secretary

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional secretarial and administrative support to superior
  • To write up correspondences, presentation materials and reports
  • To handle correspondences and assignments with excellent time management
  • To coordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
  • To handle administration duties
  • other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • 5 years or above relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Independent, well-organized, responsible and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
