Administrative Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Handle name card data input, including scanning of name card into the system
  • Handle research and data input
  • Responsible for stock take
  • Assist in Venue/ Restaurant reservation
  • Some physical work handling e.g. moving of some objects


  • Form 5 or above / DSE graduate
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant, stable, responsible and attentive to details
  • Outdoor activities is required
  • Immediately available is preferred
