Job Description

Administration Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative and clerical support to the team to ensure the smooth operations
  • To liaise with internal & external parties on payment records & invoicing and settle the payment on time
  • To provide assistance and answer enquiries of residents or any other parties
  • To handle incoming & outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
  • To maintain filing system and inventory of stationery for the team
  • To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by superior
  • Working location in property management office


  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, nimble, self-motivated, well organized, willing to learn and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
