Brand Manager

Location: Yuen Long

(Working Location: Yuen Long)


Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans for food and beverage products
  • Understand consumer needs and behaviors, identify brand positioning in the market
  • Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
  • Develop new product launch strategies
  • Conduct market research and data analysis and propose business actions
  • Oversee P&L and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years’ FMCG brand marketing and trade marketing experience with 2 years in people manager level, experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage
  • New product development experience is a must
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Innovative and drive for changes
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
