Job Description

Property Development Surveyor

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections / surveys, market research and feasibility study of potential site / property acquisition
  • Conduct market research and analysis to define market positioning of potential projects
  • Conduct financial / cash flow analysis of potential site / property acquisition
  • Monitor market changes including government policies, economic environment, real estate transactions, investor action, market trend and assess the financial impact on investment
  • Coordinate the due diligence exercise with both internal departments and external consultants
  • Coordinate with the authorities in handling all land matters and planning applications, including premium assessment and appeal procedure relating to lease modification transactions and land exchange
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics / Finance / Surveying (GP) / real estate or related disciplines
  • Membership of HKIS / RICS required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in investment analysis / sales and marketing in the property developers or real estate consultants
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Chartered Member, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Member, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS)
