Job Description

Officer – Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, analyze business development and report to senior management
  • Coordinate and execute various above-the line & below-the-line sales & marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness and drive sales
  • Assist in promotional activities or trade shows; monitor and analysis market trends and customer needs
  • Liaise with various business partners, such as advertising & media agencies, event organizers, and production house, and explore different channels to increase company’s project exposure.
  • Assist to propose pricing and flax mix for the tenders
  • Assistant to conduct daily sales activities including introducing and presenting the Group’s portfolios to the client, operating onsite sales office, maintaining the display flat and escorting buyers for site visits
  • Assist in preparing and signing leasing & purchasing documents and conduct onsite examination after the leasing contract ends
  • Assist and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties
  • Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability

Qualification

  • Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Estate agent’s license holder of Estate Agents Authority of Hong Kong
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ related sales and marketing experience in property development industry is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills
  • Outgoing, presentable, self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
  • Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
