Job Description

Manager – Sales (Compliance)

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales brochure production of the Group’s properties and ensure the project brochure is updated to comply with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Ensure all sales and marketing materials including but not limited to materials for show flat, marketing and sales operation & arrangements are in compliance with the constantly changing sales related legislations and regulations
  • Set up the framework/guidelines for the implementation of all sales and marketing materials and documents in accordance with relevant rules and ordinance
  • In charge of formulation of sales documents, including but not limited to PASP, ASP, SA, price list, tender documents, declarations, side letters, etc
  • Monitor the setting up of sales office and show flat, ensure all disclaimers are properly prepared and placed
  • Work closely with architects, solicitors and other related parties in the course of compliance checking work
  • Ensure all sales activities are complied with the requirements from pre-sale consent approvals
  • Handle enquires any queries from relevant authorities, including Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority and Estate Agents Authority
  • Handle complaints from prospective purchasers regarding sales matters
  • Give comments/advices/inputs on DMC preparation and pre-sale consent application
  • Develop sound and efficient internal compliance system
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
  • Degree in Marketing / Communications / Law / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ related work experience in marketing in property developer or account servicing in advertising agency with major property accounts
  • Experience in managing sales brochure is a must
  • Independent, detail-oriented to detail, strong in project & time management skills and good team player
  • Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Communications / Law / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ related work experience in marketing in property developer or account servicing in advertising agency with major property accounts
  • Experience in managing sales brochure is a must
  • Independent, detail-oriented to detail, strong in project & time management skills and good team player
