Estate Manager / Assistant Estate Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service
  • Prepare and control budget
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with occupants
  • Attend Owners’ meeting, OI / IO meeting

Requirements

  • Degree holder plus at least 4-8 years’ experience in property management with 1-3 years at managerial level
  • Knowledge in ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 is preferable
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale and luxurious residential properties
  • Good communication skills, presentable, pleasant personality and customer service oriented
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Estate Manager
