HR Officer - HR Services (ref: H16079) You will provide one-stop professional HR advice, solutions and quality services to internal client departments relating to recruitment, benefits administration and record management. You will partner with line managers to resolve issues in manpower resourcing and staff deployment and ensure smooth implementation of change programmes. You will prepare statistical and narrative reports for management’s information and be involved in policy formulation, review and implementation in your functional areas so as to maintain a high standard of corporate governance and ensure statutory compliance. You will also undertake other projects as assigned. You should have a Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 3 years' relevant experience. Good interpersonal, analytical, organising and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and the ability to think proactively and work under pressure are essential. Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Excel and PeopleSoft HR system is required. Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.
