CS Rapid Response Unit Officer (客務快速應變隊主任)

CS Rapid Response Unit Officer (客務快速應變隊主任) (ref: M17443)   You will provide efficient and valued customer services at different work locations on a shift basis and support incident handling including free shuttle bus operation and other related duties. You will also deliver proactive, approachable and prompt customer service to passengers, tourists and other customers in a caring manner.   You will render assistance to passengers in need, educate them on the proper use of station facilities and equipment, conduct ticket inspection and enforce MTR by-laws in accordance with the instructions. You will also assist the Shift-In-Charge and collaborate with other disciplinary forces such as the Police to handle incidents in the event of emergencies.   You should have Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably gained in customer service related industries or disciplinary forces. You should have effective communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to work independently under pressure, and willingness to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours. Ability to communicate in Putonghua or other languages, and previous training or experience in incident handling or customer service are advantages.
