Assistant Club Officer (助理會所主任)

Assistant Club Officer (助理會所主任) (ref: P16065)   You will be responsible for the daily operation of club house in one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation, including processing membership applications, handling club members’ complaints and enquiries, arranging the booking of club facilities, organising programmes and promotional activities, managing swimming pool and lounge’s daily operation as well as monitoring contractors’ performance of cleaning, security and maintenance services.   You should have Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in at least 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages with at least 2 years’ experience in property management or customer services. You should be mature with good interpersonal skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint, is required. You will be required to wear uniform and work on shift duties, including public holidays.
