Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to the Principal Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for a wide range of quantity surveying projects across different sectors.

Your Next Challenge

  • Provide pre and post contract quantity surveying services, leading and supported by a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors
  • Work on cost planning and estimation, preparation of tender and contract documents, tender evaluation, valuation of payments and variations, and account finalization
  • Application of different forms of contract including traditional Government/Quasi Government and NEC forms of contract
  • Act as an expert, providing sound advice and devising solutions that are fit for purpose and meet the client’s expectations
  • Working with our clients and other project stakeholders, maintaining and developing client relations


What You’ll Need
  • Holder of MHKIS and Registered Professional Surveyor in Quantity Surveying
  • With solid working experience in pre and/or post contract quantity surveying services with Government and/or quasi-government organizations such as Housing Authority
  • Good presentation and communication skills to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent leadership skill to motivate others in order to achieve project goals
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
