Human Resources Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to a Senior HR Manager, the incumbent is to handle the full range of HR functions including staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, change management and learning and development in order to support the sustainable growth of business.
Your Next Challenge 

  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations of Human Resources Department
  • Act as a change agent to revamp HR policies/processes and to drive value-added HR initiatives
  • Ensure compensation programs, benefits and incentive rewards are equitable and competitive.  Perform periodic compensation and benefits analysis. Handle and manage payroll, compensation review, tax filing and benefit administration
  • Recruit and select quality candidates to fulfil a talent acquisition plan
  • Work closely with business to ensure the smooth running of international assignments
  • Initiate and organize staff engaging activities
  • Assist in learning and development programs
  • Serve as an internal resource and advisor for managers and employees in matters pertaining to people issues
  • Coach HR team to deliver excellent deliverables to support the needs of business
  • Implement global and regional HR initiatives


What You'll Need
  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ progressive HR experience preferably in multinational corporations, in which 2 years’ in managerial capacity and driving change initiatives. Those with lesser experience will be considered for the role of Senior HR Advisor
  • Ability to collaborate and influence different levels of stakeholders and a diverse group of nationalities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced  environment where priorities change quickly
  • Be proactive, high energy, quality oriented, have a strong sense of accountability
  • Has the courage to question the current processes/practices for improvement
  • Well-versed in employment-related laws of Hong Kong
  • Good at MS Office and experience of using HRIS is preferable
  • Proficiency in English and Putonghua, ideally in Cantonese
