Job Description

HR Advisor

Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the incumbent is to handle the full range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit and learning and development and assist in various change projects in order to support the sustainable growth of business.

Your Next Challenge

  • Recruit and select quality candidates to fulfil talent acquisition needs
  • Perform periodic compensation and benefits analysis and to manage payroll, MPF, salary review, tax filing and benefit administration
  • Work closely with business on staff issues and serve as an advisor for managers and employees in matters pertaining to people issues
  • Assist in learning and development programs
  • Participate in change projects and various human resources initiatives


What You’ll Need
  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ HR generalist experience preferably in multinational corporations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment where priorities change quickly
  • Be proactive, high energy, quality oriented, have a strong sense of accountability and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge on local employment-related laws
  • Good at MS Office and experience of using HRIS is preferable
  • Proficiency in English, ideally in Cantonese
