Job Description

HR & Administrative Executive

Location: Hunghom

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, employee relations, etc.
  • Perform data entry in HR System
  • Maintain attendance & leave record, personnel files and filing system
  • Update MPF and medical enrolment in timely manner
  • Handle office administration work and provide general support to HR team
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3-4 years working experience in Human Resources field; preferably in retail operations
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment related legislations
  • Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Power Point, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Independent, mature, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
