Primarily responsible for attending to incoming external visitors - welcoming them, settling them into the correct meeting rooms and informing employees of their arrival.
Assist with daily office administrative management activities.
Frequent liaison with different lines of business within Moody's and their affiliates.
Organize and coordinate both internal and external meetings; including Board of Directors meetings.
Manage meeting room set up, ensure tidiness of premises particular the reception area and meeting facilities
Field incoming telephone calls, greet and attend to visitors and guests in a professional and efficient manner
Responsible to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
Provide general assistance including copying, filing, meetings or events as directed and within required time frames
Supports office operational tasks and maintenance
Ensure adequate office supplies at all times including stationery, groceries and office consumables
Book and manage travel logistics in accordance with policy
Preparing on-boarding of new employees
Timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims
