Job Description

The Job

  • Drive, develop and deliver innovative CRM and partnership marketing strategies, and ensure that all related activities achieve the business objectives of the group and its business units
  • Lead data analysis and data mining initiatives to facilitate KPI performance tracking and evaluation, in order to drive business-driven marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret customer, market and competitor insight and identify strategies for boosting customers’ loyalty that maximize sales & profitability
  • Lead the team to follow through for execution-excellence for all programs and maintain effective communication to all relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain healthy development and effective utilization of the customer contact database. Ensure effective execution of eDM campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal departments (including Business Units, Group IT) and external agency to implement business processes to ensure effective deployment of marketing campaigns. E.g. POS keys setup
  • Seek marketing opportunities to enhance loyalty program proposition by means of joint promotion initiatives

The Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years work experience with 5 years working at managerial level in CRM and/or database marketing, preferably with marketing background in retail, hotel, F&B or CRM agency
  • Experience in setting up and managing multiple loyalty or CRM programs with track record, building and maintaining the CRM Data analytics platform to meet the business needs
  • Creative, strong analytical skill with business acumen, good problem solving and leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with excellent presentation skill
  • Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on the latest digital and CRM trends is preferred
