Job Description

The Job

  • Check rebate vouchers and all complimentary offers to ensure revenue are adjusted with reasons
  • Ensure proper approval on entertainment, complimentary, sponsorship, etc
  • Check deposit receive, redeem record and Guest bills including discount and special promotions
  • Ensure F&B revenue of all outlets are tally with Opera – PMS Trial Balance Report
  • Audit different type of payments for accuracy
  • Ensure the POS details summary reports agree with Opera-PMS

The Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years working experience in accounting /income Audit preferable in Hotel/F&B related business
  • Knowledge in Opera/POS is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure, proactive, independent, detail-minded
