Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Central


  • Supervise the team to ensure high quality of customer service level
  • Handle clients’ enquiries via phone, email and other platforms occasionally
  • Responsible for data processing and report preparation
  • Support ad hoc assignments and projects as required


  • Degree holder with 3 years supervising experience
  • At least 5 years solid experience in customer service or call center
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Out-going, positive thinking attitude with passion and confidence
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
