Service Account Manager

Location: Kwun Tong

Job Responsibilities:

  • Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Good communication around issues and opportunities with clients
  • Coordinate and participate in monitoring, review and auditing processes related to service delivery
  • Identify and elevate issues impacting on achievement of service delivery objectives and to continually improve services

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder
  • Working experience in the IT Industry will certainly be advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Holder of ITIL expert certification
  • Sound knowledge and/or hands-on experience of network infrastructure including AD, Exchange & Virtualization platforms will certainly be advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Immediate available is preferred
