Service Call Centre Associate (Housekeeping Clerk)
Location: Hong Kong
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Designates Room Attendant work assignments
- Coordinates housekeeping duties and activities
- Maintains lost and found dispatch logs
- Diploma / Certificate holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skill
- Excellent telephone manner, fluent in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
