Service Call Centre Associate (Housekeeping Clerk)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Designates Room Attendant work assignments
  • Coordinates housekeeping duties and activities
  • Maintains lost and found dispatch logs


  • Diploma / Certificate holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skill
  • Excellent telephone manner, fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
