Own Industry knowledge and provide insightful analysis to clients during daily client servicing and Annual Pre and Post Survey Meeting
Client Account Manager
Build, maintain good relationship with client
Meeting, present, and advice Global/Regional, also Local clients when they ask for consulting discussion
Retrieve reports for clients on request
Response on clients queries
Updated with latest macro-economic trend, labor law, new regulation, that is related to Company HR decision
Review invoice and follow up outstanding payment

Personal training and development
Bachelor Degree in HR, Engineering, Marketing, Science, Mathematics
Minimum 3-4 years working experience in an HR Consulting environment/role
Broad knowledge of research and survey methodologies.
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, advanced knowledge of Excel, SPSS or other statistical package, and familiarity with e-mail and web browser technology.
Capacity to acquire competence in the use of in-house applications.
High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to detail.
Strong business, interpersonal and communication skills including spoken and written English and the ability to liaise credibly with people at all levels.
