Qualifications

Job description
  • Work closely with other F&B teams to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities and operating equipment comply with all food and hygiene standards set by Marriott and all local legislations at all times
  • Maintain and store the equipment, glassware and chinaware in good condition with adequate inventory
  • Monitor cleaning activity for all kitchens and F&B outlets including Canteen
  • Supervise and coach the team to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in a proper way
  • Ensure the scheduling of roster meets the operations need
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in using different kinds of chemical to clean diversified types of utensils and materials
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Authorized to work in Hong Kong
