Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Execute designed sales strategies to develop and solicit specific accounts to achieve revenue goals. 
  • Retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts through total account penetration, margin management, and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen Accounts with existing and new customers. 
  • Understand the overall market dynamics - competitor's strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. 
  • Conduct and coordinate site inspections for hotels, as required


  •  Degree/ diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
  •  Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience 
  •  Knowledge about local market
  •  Goal getter, responsible and result-oriented
  •  Good communication and organization skills 
  •  Proficiency in English and Chinese language is a must, including reading, speaking, and writing
