Temporary Human Resources Analyst, Payroll (11 Months Contract)

Location: HK-HongKong-HKHO-22/F., Tower A, Manulife Financial Centre, 223-231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon

Role and Responsibilities 

> Perform payroll functions such as payroll calculation, incentives calculation, prepare periodical reports, etc. 

> With good knowledge of HR Systems, experience of using Workday and IPL is a definite advantage

> Handle MPF administration, leave records, and taxation matters 

> Prepare final settlement calculations for leavers 

> Prepare payroll statistical reports for analysis, participate in annual audit and associated payroll functions

> Handle cross territories payroll and benefits

Qualifications

Requirements

> Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent

> With around 5 years solid payroll and benefit administration experience in sizable organization

> Proficient in Microsoft Office Application with excellent excel skills

> Well versed with HK Employment and other employment related ordinances.

> Have exposure of cross territories payroll and benefit administration

> Able to work independently and deliver within stringent deadlines 

> Proactive and effectiveness driven approach to get things done

> Good written and spoken English, Putonghua is a plus
